No. We will ship your order after full payment has been made.

11. Does myccaindonesia.com accept phone orders?

Yes, you can contact  by SMS/ Line/ Whatsapp our Shopping Assistant  to help you for Private Shopping. Our working hours are from Monday through Friday (09.00 - 17.30 WIB) and Saturday (08.00 – 13.00 WIB), when you place an order on Sunday and Public/National Holiday, it will be processed the next working day.

12. Do I have to send confirmation of payment?

Yes, by ‘Login’ into your account, click on ‘Confirm Payment’ at the top and fill in he necessary information.

13. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an Order Confirmation to your email. Additionally, we will give a copy of your invoice with your shipment.

14. How do I know which is the right size?

We have provided you with Size Guide chart as a guidance for the correct size, or you can contact our Shopping Assistant for help.

15. What if the item received does not match my order?

If this happens, you can contact our Shopping Assistant to arrange for an exchange. You may return and exchange the item.

16. How do I know which items are in stock?

All items on myccaindonesia.com are in stock, unless specified on the product details.

17. What are the methods of shipping available at myccaindonesia.com?

We currently only work with one logistic company SICEPAT & JNE for Indonesia shipments.

18. Does myccaindonesia.com accept phone orders?

No. Products can be ordered via website to ensure the correct items purchased

19. Where does myccaindonesia.com ship to?

We ship worldwide. Please refer to 'Shipping Info‘ menu.

20. Does myccaindonesia.com offer shipping service outside Indonesia?

Yes, we offer shipping service outside Indonesia. You may contact our Shopping Assistant for further information.

21. Does myccaindonesia.com process order on Sunday and Public/ National Holiday?

We will process your order from Monday through Friday (09.00 - 17.30 WIB) and Saturday (08.00 – 12.00 WIB). When you place an order on Sunday and Public/National Holiday, it will be processed the next working day.

22. Are the items purchased exchangeable or refundable?

Items purchased are exchangeable refundable with special cases. Please refer to 'Returns & Exchanges' guideline.
